This program will develop and test technologies that can utilize carbon dioxide from coal-fired power plants to reduce the emissions and create valuable products to offset the cost of carbon capture and storage. Awards made from this Funding Opportunity Announcement will validate the concept, estimate the technology cost, and demonstrate that the carbon lifecycle of the products offer a true carbon reduction.
